Your responsibilities will include overseeing the day-to-day management of accommodations, coordinating with staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness, and resolving any guest concerns or issues in a prompt and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy, collaborating with the marketing team to promote our accommodations, and managing reservation systems. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
