GROW Supervisor

Supervise the daily operation of the organic garden and GROW areas, including crop planning, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and seasonal activities.
Coordinate with the Culinary, Beverage, and Spa teams to supply fresh, seasonal, and homegrown produce for guest experiences and operations.
Design, organize, and lead GROW-related guest experiences, including garden tours, workshops, harvesting activities, sustainability experiences, and nature-based learning programs.
Develop and deliver engaging educational activities for children, fostering their connection with nature, healthy eating, biodiversity, and sustainability through hands-on experiences.
Oversee and facilitate Kids Club activities linked to the garden and outdoor environment, such as planting, arts and crafts using natural materials, wildlife discovery, and environmental awareness programs.
Create family-friendly experiences that encourage interaction, learning, and memorable moments for guests of all ages.
Implement sustainable farming practices, including composting, water management, soil conservation, and biodiversity initiatives.
Train and lead the GROW team while collaborating closely with Landscaping, Sustainability, Wellness, and Guest Experience departments.
Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and engagement of children participating in GROW and Kids Club activities, maintaining the highest standards of care and supervision.
Manage tools, supplies, equipment, and budgets, while documenting outcomes, guest feedback, and continuous improvement opportunities.
