We are looking for Outlet Manager
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Outlet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, excellent service standards, and the ability to manage a dynamic team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure seamless service, high quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, manage, and train a diverse team while ensuring adherence to the restaurant’s standards, procedures, and policies.
• Maintain a high level of customer service while protecting and enhancing the restaurant’s reputation for excellence.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow and that all dishes are presented according to established Michelin-level standards.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine to deliver a curated and memorable dining experience.
• Supervise wine and cocktail programs, including wine pairing recommendations and cocktail offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and implement cost control measures to maintain profitability while meeting brand standards.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and strong customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and operations team to ensure consistent quality and service excellence.
Requirements
• Previous management experience in a Spanish restaurant or similar concept is preferred.
• Understanding of international wines with the ability to recommend pairings.
• Good understanding of cocktails and beverage pairing to complement a dish
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
