Your Task:
- Proactive sale of rooms from both Wolfsburg hotels
- Trusted contact person for our guests
- work with the hotel software OPERA
- Independent processing of customer inquiries including writing confirmations
- Professional handling of complaint management
- You process online bookings and work closely with the front office team
- Maintain the systems with the support of the reservation manager and carry out price checks
Your Profil:
- Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
- You have already gained initial professional experience at reception or in reservations
- Ideally you have already worked with OPERA
- You have a good command of English and are proficient in the MS Office package
- You see yourself as a service provider and are good at dealing with different types of guests
- You are a team player and a good communicator
