Deine Rolle bei uns: Als Hausmeister (m/w/d) bist du der Mensch, der dafür sorgt, dass die Villa läuft, hält und sich gut anfühlt – drinnen wie draußen. Du hast ein Auge fürs Ganze, erkennst, wenn etwas Aufmerksamkeit braucht, und packst an, bevor es ein Problem wird. Ihre AufgabenVerantwortung für die Instandhaltung und Pflege der Villa und des Außenbereichs Kontrolle und Wartung technischer Anlagen (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektro) Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen und Koordination von externen Handwerkern Pflege der Garten- und Außenanlagen sowie Reinigung von Terrassen und Wegen Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung in allen Bereichen Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Empfang von Dienstleistern Wir bietenArbeiten direkt am Wörthersee Ein familiäres Team mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen Viel Eigenverantwortung & echten Gestaltungsspielraum Vielfältige Aus- und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Faire, marktkonforme Entlohnung je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung Einen Arbeitsplatz, an dem Herz, Hirn und Humor Platz haben Für diese Stelle ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt abhängig von deiner beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab EUR 36.500 (Basis Vollzeit) vorgesehen. Requisitos
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im handwerklichen Bereich oder vergleichbare Erfahrung • Technisches Verständnis für Haus- und Gebäudetechnik • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise • Freude an einem gepflegten Ambiente und Blick für Details • Freundliches Auftreten und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
