Mission: You are responsible for the sales area in our region south germany including five hotels of three different brands.Your tasks: You will develop a commercial strategy in line with the business plan and revenue budget for the hotels in your area of responsibilityYou define sales targets in collaboration with colleagues from Revenue ManagementYou develop the Commercial Strategy aligning with Business Plan and revenue budget for hotels and signature restaurant OBEN in our hotel Meliá Frankfurt City in your own resposibiltyYou monitor and coordinate the sales targets and take the necessary measures to achieve themYou lead and motivate your entire sales team to ensure that targets are metYou create budgets that are aligned with the action plans for different business sources and marketsYou lead regular follow-up meetings and present your region together with Revenue ManagementYou look after your hotels and are in close contact with the General ManagersYou maintain relationships and represent the Meliá Hotels International brandYou work closely with our marketing teamYou report directly to the Sales VP in Spain  What we are looking for: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable positionYou have a very good command of German and English, knowledge of Spanish is a plusYou are passionate about your job, have strong communication skills and are passionate about customer contactYou enjoy working with numbers and have analytical skillsYou see your team as a whole and can still respond individually to individual strengths and requirementsYou know the market
