WHAT’S YOUR JOB ABOUT?
Ensure smooth and seamless reservations processes together with the team
Send booking confirmations, modifications and cancellations for Bikini Hotel Port de Sóller & Bikini Hotel Es Trenc
Enter manual bookings into Opera Cloud, filling in guest- and reservation profiles accurately
Maintaining guest-and reservations data base
In charge of checking OTA & TA reservations received through the Channel Manager
Prepare and send payment links according to Rate Code, send follow-ups if payment deadlines are m issed
Handle all incoming individual, Yoga and Group inquiries (by phone or e-mail)
Stay cool – be organized and mindful about each task:sending the 5th modification, answering repetitive questions, adding Traces,
Notes and Alerts…
Be informed about seasonal packages and special promotions and share the information with your team mem bers and
management proactively
Reporting directly to Reservations and Revenue Manager; in their absence to Rooms Operations Manager

Requisitos

Titulación mínima: ESO/EGB
Experiencia: De 1 a 2 años
Categoría profesional: Empleado
Residencia: Indiferente
Idioma imprescindible: Inglés - Intermedio

WHAT`S IN YOUR LUGGAGE?
Experience in the reservations department (individual & groups)
Experience in answering calls and e-mails ensuring the best guest experience
Experience with Opera Cloud is highly valuable
Open minded team-player with hands-on mentality
Strong communicator with excellent (self-) organizational skills
Fluent in English, good Spanish knowledge & German knowledge is a plus
