An opportunity has arisen for a Outlet Manager position to join F&B at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
-Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, teamwork, and high guest satisfaction.
-Develop and monitor the annual business plan, revenue targets, and budgets, taking corrective actions as needed.
-Maintain high standards in service, food quality, and presentation, while managing guest feedback effectively.
-Lead marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and strengthen the restaurant’s brand.
-Control purchasing, inventory, and food costs, ensuring quality and minimizing waste.
-Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards in all operations.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
-Proven experience in managing restaurant or outlet operations within a high-end hotel or resort environment.
-Proficient in F&B systems such as Micros, Oracle or Opera.
-Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills
-Advanced English proficiency and solid computer literacy (MS Office, F&B apps)
-Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service orientation.
