We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to crafting exceptional experiences for our guest Job summary: The Human Resources Manager's role is multifaceted, encompassing strategic planning, daily operations, and ensuring compliance within an organization. What will you have to do?Managing the entire recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Overseeing performance reviews, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans. Addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Administering employee benefits, managing payroll, and conducting salary reviews. Creating and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Identifying training needs, developing training programs, and facilitating employee development. Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals. Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. Implementing strategies to improve employee morale and engagement. What are we looking for? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees at all levels. Need to be able to identify and resolve a wide range of HR-related issues. A strong understanding of employment law is crucial for complianceAble to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively is essential. Prior relevant experience required within a union and non-union environmentHR certification strongly preferred; Bi-lingual communication is preferred.
