We are looking for a hands-on Aparthotel & Property Operations Manager for a small premium aparthotel operation in the Marbella / Estepona area. This is not a large corporate hotel GM role. We are looking for a practical, reliable and commercially minded person who can be on-site, close to guests, the local team, suppliers and owners. Main responsibilities: Manage daily aparthotel operations, guest communication, check-ins/check-outs and issue resolution. Improve occupancy and booking performance through Booking.com, Airbnb, direct/local opportunities and pricing actions. Manage Cloudbeds / PMS information, reservations, payments, availability and guest details. Coordinate front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and local service providers. Monitor service standards, SOPs, checklists and property readiness. Follow up on maintenance, compare vendor options and control operational costs. Support light coordination of a small portfolio of long-term rental apartments and commercial properties. Report clearly to head office regarding occupancy, guest feedback, maintenance, costs and improvement opportunities. Requirements: Fluent Spanish and good English. 5+ years in hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartment or short-term rental operations preferred; minimum 3+ years required. Experience with Booking.com and/or Airbnb. PMS / channel manager experience; Cloudbeds is a strong advantage. Strong guest service, problem-solving and communication skills. Able to coordinate a small team, vendors and maintenance providers. Hands-on, independent, reliable and comfortable making practical decisions within agreed responsibilities. Willing to be reachable for urgent operational matters when required. Starting salary: EUR 2,000 net per month, with the possibility of discussing a performance-based incentive linked to meaningful occupancy growth and agreed operational results. Location: Marbella / Estepona area, mainly on-site.
Requisitos
Requirements -Fluent Spanish and English, preferable with international experience -5+ years of experience in hotel, aparthotel, serviced apartment or short-term rental operations is preferred; minimum 3+ years of relevant experience required. -Experience with Booking.com and/or Airbnb. -Hands-on, reliable and able to manage daily operations independently, making practical decisions within agreed responsibilities. -Strong guest service, communication and problem-solving skills. -Ability to coordinate a small local team, vendors and maintenance providers. -Cloudbeds, pricing/revenue experience and local Costa del Sol network will be considered an advantage. -Willing to be reachable for urgent operational matters when required.
