BIG MAMMA is a group of more than 2200 cool guys behind the 28 most iconic Italian restaurants & Food Market in the UK, France, Spain, Germany, Belgium and Italy. With more than 10.000 clients a day, extremely warm places, an authentic cuisine, products imported directly from Italy, everything 100% fresh and 100% homemade.

We are looking for a Junior HR to join the HR team based in Madrid. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for our 4 restaurants in Madrid and Barcelona, plus HR administration responsibilities and other future exciting projects.

Main tasks:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies


• Collaborate with Italian based Talent acquisition team to coordinate recruitment strategy


• Source, screen and interview candidates using mainly ATS Team Tailor (use of Indeed, Linkedin, InfoJobs etc.)


• Support actively the contractual process for hirings coming from Italy.


• Support local HR activities such as onboarding day, employer branding, trainings


• Serve as a resource and point of contact for employees regarding HR admin


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records such as contracts, payrolls, presentations


• Perform administrative activities such as drafting letters, contracts, mailings, presentations, etc.;

Requirements and skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Master Degree in HR.


• Good understanding of HR processes and practices


• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.


• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent written and spoken communication in Spanish & English (Italian is a great plus)


• Proactive and hands-on approach to driving HR initiatives


• Starting date: September 2025
