  • Review owner-provided business plans and supporting materials, assessing the reasonableness of key commercial, operational and financial assumptions.
  • Prepare clear presentations, investment memos and supporting materials for internal committees, senior management, hotel owners and potential partners.
  • Support the Development Team with brand positioning, commercial proposals, opportunity screening and project-related analyses.
  • Coordinate inputs from Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, Brands, Legal and other internal stakeholders as required.
  • Maintain organized project files, financial models, market intelligence, comparable data and development pipeline information.
What are we looking for?

  • Strong understanding of hotel operating metrics, financial statements, business plan preparation and profitability analysis.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to build clear financial models and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience with CoStar/STR, Lighthouse, HotStats or similar market intelligence and benchmarking platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, research, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the U.S. hospitality market is preferred; Canadian market knowledge is an advantage.
