Gerente MICE

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager (MICE) to deliver revenue and market-share objectives for assigned segments and geographic areas. You will capture, develop and retain accounts, execute sales action plans, and ensure exceptional client experiences, supporting the hotel’s Business Plan and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities:  • Develop and execute sales action plans for assigned segments, markets and sectors. • Support preparation of segment budgets and the hotel Business Plan; contribute to strategic planning. • Monitor and drive performance of assigned, key and potential accounts; coordinate with Account Managers. • Qualify, negotiate and close contracts (RFPs, TOs), prepare Business Cases for large opportunities. • Manage pipeline, forecasts and reporting for Business Reviews and revenue projections. • Serve as primary contact for clients; coordinate site inspections, fam trips and client visits. • Work closely with Catering, Events, Banqueting, F&B, Operations, Reservations and Guest Experience teams to ensure flawless delivery and upsell opportunities (rooms, experiences, upgrades). • Coordinate group room blocks and rooming lists; liaise with Group Desk for cross-selling to other MHI hotels. • Create and maintain packages, seasonal campaigns and promotional offers; ensure timely publication and internal distribution. • Build and maintain relationships with local vendors, corporate clients, DMCs and tourism organizations. • Attend industry events, trade shows and networking activities to promote the hotel. • Handle client incidents and post-sale follow-up, ensuring high satisfaction and positive Voice of the Customer scores. • Maintain accurate contract records, ensure agreements are uploaded to internal platforms and communicated to relevant departments. Financial & Operational: • Achieve revenue, ADR and profitability targets; monitor budgets and deviations versus projections. • Prepare and support BEOs, cost controls and negotiated pricing structures. • Support ordering and cost-control procedures and departmental projections. Customer Experience & Brand Standards: • Ensure brand standards and sensory architecture are applied across Sales activities. • Personalize client journeys, anticipate needs and exceed expectations to drive referrals and repeat business. Qualifications & Skills: • Proven sales experience in hotel, corporate, weddings, groups or travel segments. • Strong negotiation, contract and account-management skills. • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently. • Results-oriented and comfortable working cross-functionally. • Networked within local industry desirable.
