Requisitos
About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Qualification & Experience: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Previous experience in the 5-star hospitality market preferred. • Familiarity with hotel management systems such as Opera PMS desirable. Skills & Competencies: • High level of written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish; knowledge of an additional language is a plus. • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills. • Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented approach. • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Adaptability and a proactive attitude in providing exceptional service.
