Ready for your next adventure? This exciting role is based at our Holiday Village Mallorca. We’re looking for Childcare & Activities Host who are available to start immediately and can stay with us until 31st of October. If you live in Spain, have the right to work there, hold a recognised childcare qualification, speak English—and ideally another European language—keep reading! ABOUT OUR OFFER Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities. A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 24,500€ gross/year. Meals and non-alcoholic beverages during hotel opening times are included, as well as uniform. ABOUT THE JOB Deliver fun, high-energy activities on land and in the water, including archery, inflatables, water zorbing, and the Aerial Adventure course. Lead engaging kids’ club sessions for ages 3–17, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment. Instruct the Aerial Adventure course, working confidently at height. Host daytime activities for guests of all ages and support entertainment programmes, including pool parties and shows. Take full responsibility for children in your care, following health & safety, safeguarding, and sign-in/out procedures. Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a varied and memorable activity programme. Build positive relationships with guests, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service. Set up and pack down activities to a high standard, supporting resort operations at the start and end of the season. From a workplace to a place to belong. Requisitos
Experience working with children, leading activities, and understanding safeguarding, with a childcare qualification desirable but not essential. Confident, outgoing, and able to engage children of all ages through fun, active interaction. Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to support evening entertainment. Fully conversational in English, with the ability to work effectively as part of an international team within a UK-based concept.
