What will you have to do?

 

  • Performs food preparation, portion control, and minimize waste in the hot and cold kitchens.

  • Makes proper use of equipments, and efficient workflows.

  • Ensure all dishes meet quality standards for garnish, timing, and presentation.

  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and storage areas.

  • Assist with creating special menus and daily suggestions based on product availability.

  • Work closely with superiors and other departments for seamless coordination.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Similar experience in the role in a luxury property

  • Experience in gastronomic restaurant

  • Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety

  • Leadership skills, as weel as previous experience in a team management
