As a Bell Boy at Ikos Andalusia, you are key to creating a warm first and last impression. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and guide them to their rooms while providing helpful information. Your role supports a smooth arrival and departure experience, reflecting our luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with courtesy and assist with luggage.

Escort guests to rooms and explain key features.

Handle luggage for arrivals, departures, and room moves.

Assist with transport and directions.

Support Reception and Concierge teams.

Maintain order and cleanliness in entrance areas.

Ensure discretion and guest care.

Requirements:

Experience in luxury hotels is a plus.

English required; Spanish/other languages are a plus.

Polished appearance and customer focus.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Physically fit to handle luggage.

Positive, team-oriented attitude.

Como Botones en Ikos Andalusia, serás responsable de ofrecer una bienvenida cálida y profesional. Ayudarás con el equipaje, acompañarás a los huéspedes a sus habitaciones y les informarás sobre el resort, asegurando una experiencia fluida desde su llegada hasta su salida.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Recibir a los huéspedes y ayudar con su equipaje.

Acompañarlos a la habitación y explicar lo esencial.

Gestionar el equipaje en entradas y salidas.

Atender solicitudes de transporte y orientación.

Apoyar a Recepción y Concierge.

Mantener orden en la entrada y lobby.

Cuidar la discreción y atención al cliente.

Requisitos:

Experiencia en hoteles de lujo (deseable).

Inglés imprescindible; se valoran otros idiomas.

Buena presencia y vocación de servicio.

Disponibilidad para turnos, fines de semana y festivos.

Capacidad física para mover equipaje.

Actitud positiva y trabajo en equipo.
