Marketing & Business Development Intern 📍 Dubai Big Mamma is a squadra of 2,700+ passionate people bringing Italian vibes with 34 iconic restaurants and 1 food market across Europe and the Middle East (France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Monaco, UK, Ireland, UAE). As we keep growing in UAE, we’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Intern to join our Marketing & Communication Team and work closely with Restaurant Operations in Gloria Osteria Dubai DIFC. 📸 Your Mission EVENTS & SALES SUPPORT • Create and publish engaging Social Medica content • Support event coverage (stories, reels, live content) • Help manage the monthly content calendar • Design simple marketing materials (flyers, decks, one-pagers) • Monitor competitors and lifestyle trends in Dubai EVENTS & SALES SUPPORT • Research and qualify corporate leads (DIFC, banks, law firms, offices) • Update and track the sales pipeline • Assist with event proposals and presentations • Support event coordination on-site when needed • Maintain client database and weekly reporting 🌟 Your Profile • Currently studying or holding a degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality • Strong ability to create engaging content and short-form videos for social media • Fluent in English • Creative and structured • Business-minded • Fast, reliable, and execution-oriented • Passionate about Food & Hospitality 🚀 Our Offer • 6 months internship - based in Gloria Osteria Dubai DIFC • Real exposure to business decisions and day-to-day restaurant life • Hands-on experience in Dubai’s competitive F&B scene • International growth opportunities within Big Mamma Group • Employee discounts across all Big Mamma restaurants 🌈 Big Mamma is an equal opportunity employer.
