We are looking for passionate, driven Chef de Partie ready to join our new team for this exciting adventure.

For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we’re looking for the very best Chef de Partie 🤩

Your Goals:

Stock and inventory management, understanding of food cost 

Basic knowledge of the group’s artistic direction 

Quality control and mise en place supervision, hygiene and safety compliance

Managing the pass and overseeing service

Strong culinary foundation, recipe execution, and knowledge of fresh pasta

Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation
