We are seeking a qualified and passionate Front Desk Agent (m/f/d) to join our historical property. We are looking for motivated employees for the 2026/2027 winter season (December-April) Apply now! Your tasksWelcome, assist, and engage with guests throughout their stay, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience. Provide dedicated attention to VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and service recovery. Coordinate guest preferences and special requests with all relevant departments. Maintain accurate guest profiles and participate in operational briefings to stay informed of arrivals and special requests. Conduct courtesy, pre-arrival, and pre-departure calls to enhance the guest experience and satisfaction. Respond to guest feedback and uphold LQA standards at all times. Manage incoming and outgoing calls, relay messages, and coordinate communication between guests and hotel departments. Provide information on hotel facilities, services, transportation, and local attractions. Promote and cross-sell hotel services, including F&B outlets and Concierge experiences. Monitor guest requests through hotel communication systems and ensure prompt follow-up. Support smooth arrival and departure experiences, including transportation, billing, and luggage arrangements.   • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Protel On Premise or a comparable PMS system is desirable
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure.
  • Strong guest-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge oh hotel management systems
  • Fluent in English. French and German are a strong advantage
  • A minimum of a year's experience in a luxury establishment
