Your ResponsibilitiesReplacing and supporting the Purchasing Manager Stockkeeping managed properly and neatly, in accordance with the First In, First Out principle Reconciliation of inventory records with physical stock; daily spot checks on a sampling basis Accurate stock control in all retail locations Orderliness and cleanliness in all warehouses Control of internal orders (receipts and selling price checks) Monitoring expenditures from the warehouse and cellar Verification of invoices and delivery notes with Hypersoft Responsibility for proper storage of all goods across the entire work area Receiving goods: checking quantity and quality; signing for accepted deliveries Assistance with monthly stock taking Responsibility for returning empty containers and refundable items (pallets) Monitoring maximum and minimum stock levels in all warehouses (First In, First Out, stock turnover; identifying stock bottlenecks) Issuing sold goods according to the daily closing and order form Checking and disposal of all empty containers and temporarily borrowed items Monitoring warehousing and issuing cleaning supplies from the storeroom Willingness to work wherever required within the department Why Join Us?At The Alpina Gstaad, we believe that taking care of our te
