Your Responsibilities Support the Director of HR in all strategic and operational HR matters Responsible for implementing the HR strategy in alignment with corporate objectives Ensure professional HR administration (contracts, onboarding, personnel files, references, etc.) Plan and manage the entire recruitment process for all departments Organize and participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and internal talent programs Advise and support managers and employees on all HR-related matters Co-design training and development programs in collaboration with the L&D team Ensure compliance with all labor laws and internal standards Promote an open and appreciative communication culture Support employee events, recognition programs, and internal initiatives Why Join Us?At The Alpina Gstaad, we believe that taking care of our team is as important as delighting our guests.   • Several years of professional experience in Human Resources
  • Further education or certification in HR is an advantage

  • Fluent in German and English; any additional language is an asset

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and social media platforms

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and advisory competence

  • Strong ability to delegate tasks and set clear expectations

  • Skilled in empathetic communication

  • Effective time management and excellent organizational skills

  • Proactive approach to challenges and development of innovative solutions

  • Solid knowledge of labor laws and regulations (L-GAV, Swiss Code of Obligations, Swiss Civil Code)
