• Eigenverantwortliche Organisation und Durchführung der Frühstücksvorbereitung • Zubereitung unterschiedlicher Eierspeisen sowie individueller Gästewünsche • Fachgerechtes Erstellen des Mise en Place für ein ansprechendes Frühstücksbuffet • Sorgfältige Einhaltung und Überwachung aller Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandard
