Mission: To develop, to coordinate and to apply efficient programs and budgets of preventive and corrective maintenance of the building, facilities, equipment and furniture, and of the restoration, replacement and maintenance works, optimizing the productivity and assuring the wellness and comfortability of the Hotel guests. Main requirements: • Responsible of carrying out the conductive and preventive program, in order to assure the best service conditions and to extend equipment and systems’ life. • Propose investments to improve or replace the equipment and facilities following the investment’s request corporate policies. • To contribute to the profitability of the hotel, implementing the corporate actions and policies to optimize the energy and water consumption. To collaborate to the development of the local energy management policies in the facilities of the hotel. To manage the air conditioning, warm and cold water, power, etc…and to notify monthly the energy comsumptions to the Administration department. • To manage the purchasing of tools & equipment (replacement of materials), to manage the stock in the store and to supervise the correct use of those materials. • To collaborate with the outsourcing policies of the maintenance services and to offer technical support in the case of repairs or refurbishment of the facilities, supervising in both cases the fulfilment of the preventive and corrective procedures and reporting punctually to the outsourcing responsible of any contingency. • To elaborate periodical reports to the area responsible and to support the corporate office in the research and evaluation of new facilities. • To supervise the technical- economical quality of the reparation and to manage the technical aspects required for congress and banqueting: lighting, audio-visual services, air conditioning, etc. • To assure at every moment the correct working of the active and passive detection and extinction equipment and systems of the Hotel. • Other tasks assigned by Board of Management. Main requirements: • Good English in speaking & writing • Similar position at another 5* hotels/resorts • Customer service oriented
