Digital & E-commerce Marketing Manager – Hilton Barcelona ✨ Are you passionate about digital strategy, brand storytelling, and driving commercial success through innovation? 🚀 Hilton Barcelona is looking for a Digital & E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and support the repositioning of the hotel in both local and international markets. Join a world-leading hospitality brand and play a key role in shaping our digital transformation and commercial growth 🌍 What You’ll Do 💼 As our Digital & E-commerce Marketing Manager, you will: - Develop and execute the hotel’s digital marketing & e-commerce strategy across all channels. - Increase online visibility, direct bookings, and campaign performance through SEO, SEM, and paid media📈 - Lead website management, content optimization, and conversion rate improvements. - Manage CRM & email marketing, lifecycle communications, and targeted campaigns ✉️ - Own the hotel’s social media presence, storytelling, influencer collaborations, and digital reputation 📣 - Drive analytics, reporting, and ROAS optimisation with tools such as Google Analytics, Qlik, and Power BI. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, PR agencies, and Hilton’s brand teams 🤝 - Stay ahead of digital trends, AI tools, and innovative marketing opportunities 🤖✨ What We’re Looking For 🔍 - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields. - Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce (hospitality/tourism a plus). - Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, CRO, performance marketing, and digital analytics. - Experience with content creation, CMS tools, social media, and storytelling 🎨 - Proficiency in English and Spanish (C1). - Analytical, creative, organized, and results-driven. - Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) is highly valued. - Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments 🌐 What We Offer ⭐ - A stable and exciting project within a world-leading hotel brand. - Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities 📚 - A multicultural, dynamic, and people-centric team. - Access to Hilton benefits and development programs. - The chance to have a real impact on the hotel’s digital transformation 🔧
