Mission: The Assistant Warehouse Manager plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel’s warehouse, from receiving and storing goods to guaranteeing stock availability and quality, while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and efficiency.

 

What Will You Do?

 

  • Support and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the reception, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring proper documentation and quality control.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Ensure correct storage methods based on product type and hygiene standards.
  • Perform periodic inspections of perishable goods to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Contribute to process improvements, cost optimisation, and preparation of performance reports.

 

What Are We Looking For?

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or supply chain coordination.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards for handling goods, especially perishables.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
