We are looking for Cluster Marketing Manager - Melia Vinpearl Central Vietnam (based in Danang or Ho Chi Minh City)

 

Mission:

Guarantees the alignment and dialogue between the brand strategy and its implementation in the hotel, as well as the prioritization of projects based on the premises set by the business, aligned with and supporting the strategy of the DOS.

 

Main Responsibilities:
OPERATIONS
•    Participates in the definition and development of the brand marketing strategy and supervises the implementation of this strategy in the hotels under their responsibility.  
•    Supports hotels in the implementation of brand strategy in their marketing plans
•    Participates in the definition and design of the Annual Marketing Plan, providing feedback and input from the hotels under their responsibility.
•    Execution of the campaigns defined in the hotel's MK plan: creation of materials, production, identity, design, together with the hotel's DOM.
•    Feeds back into the brand development strategy to maximize opportunities and needs of hotels in the area.
•    Constantly detects the business needs of the area in order to identify needs
•    Be the point of connection between the hotel PR agency and the hotel to ensure that all activities relate to the brand vision. Day-to-day coordination with brand agencies on everything to do with branded content/storytelling at communication and PR level.
•    PR - Control and coordination of all press visits of PR Network agencies in the hotels under their responsibility.
•    Creation of a report on the results of press visits.
•    Validation, monitoring and execution of the marketing budget of the hotels under their responsibility.
•    Be the point of connection between the Hotel's SOCIAL MEDIA agency to ensure that all activities relate to the brand's vision. Day-to-day coordination with brand agencies on everything to do with branded content/storytelling at communication and PR level.
•    Review weekly calendars to ensure that content meets brand standards in terms of image and tone of voice.
•    Supports the Marketing Director in the execution of brand partnerships when they involve specific hotels.
•    Ensures the correct implementation and execution of content set by the brand strategy in hotels. Defines the content needs of the hotel to serve the different communication and distribution channels.
•    Supports and coordinates hotel photo and video shoot and physically attends (depending on relevance) hotel video shoots and photoshoots.
•    Reviews offline and online materials up to the closing of productions. Ask for approval from the BRAND director
•    Prepare documents and update brand and hotel presentations to make new people aware of the company's marketing strategy. Support to the Expansion team in the corresponding area or brand when new projects come up.
•    Hotel presentations to partners, investors, etc.
•    Creates the marketing plan for the F&B outlet: Maintenance of profiles and new promotions on El Tenedor, Booking Tek.  
•    Attends to all requests and ensures that the experience is correct under PR and Social Media protocols in relation to journalists and influencers.
ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL
•    Be knowledgeable of their department's budget
•    Support the head of department in the preparation of projections. 
•    Is knowledgeable of the economic results of the hotel and the economic results of their department, as well as the deviations vs. budget/projection.
•    Ensure the fulfilment of the economic goals established in the department and being aware of the economic goals of the hotel, as well as their fulfilment.
•    Support the head of department in the placing of orders following the established procedure, as well as in the control of materials and services.


Requirements:
•    Training in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations and Communication. 
•    Training in ECONOMICS, TOURISM and Hospitality an asset
•    Local language and advanced English. A third language would be an asset.
•    Advertising, Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing. 
•    Social media, Copywriting, photography, 
•    Power Point, Excel, Key Note. 
•    Graphic Design and Event Organization.
•    Team Management, negotiation, team player, proactive
•    3-4 same level for both urban & leisure projects, prefer cluster experience.
