About Intercruises
Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services is a global leader in cruise ground handling, delivering guest services across ports, airports, and hotels worldwide. We are expanding our operational team in Lisbon and are looking for dedicated hospitality professionals to join us.
What You’ll Do
• Meet & Greet and provide directional guidance at the cruise terminal.
• Check in and queue management at the terminal.
• Airport guest support (embarkation/disembarkation).
• Hospitality Desk at partner hotels.
• Work closely with ship, port, and airport teams to deliver a professional, guest centric experience
• Location across Lisbon’s cruise terminals, airport, and partner hotels, depending on the operation
What We’re Looking For
• Portuguese (preferential) and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus
• Comfortable using electronic devices (tablets, mobile apps, operational tools)
• Ability to work in fast paced environments.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Collaboration model: self employed / “Recibos Verdes” (must be able to invoice in Portugal)
