About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Reception Supervisor position to join our Spain Department.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Supervise the reception team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
Oversee appointment management, handling cancellations, rescheduling, and guest inquiries.
Ensure accurate payment processing and adherence to cash handling procedures.
Promote and monitor sales of spa products, treatments, and special packages.
Maintain a clean, organized reception area and coordinate with other spa departments.
Assist with administrative tasks, including staff scheduling, reporting, and inventory control.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

-Qualification & Experience:

Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar position
Experience in the luxury industry.

-Skills:

Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
Professional appearance with excellent presentation skills.
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
