We are looking for a Front Office to ensure the smooth daily operations of the hotel’s front desk, supervising the reception team and delivering an exceptional guest service experience in line with the resort’s standards. The role is key in creating memorable first and last impressions for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Lead and support the reception and concierge teams, ensuring adherence to service protocols and quality standards.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with efficiency, empathy, and professionalism.
• Oversee billing procedures, cash handling, and ensure accurate reporting and shift audits.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of front desk staff.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations (e.g., data protection, health and safety).
• Propose operational improvements to enhance service quality and team efficiency.
• Act as Front Office Manager in their absence.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; knowledge of a third language (French or German) is a plus.
• Proficient in hotel management systems (PMS), preferably Protel or Opera.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
• High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to handle pressure.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, evening, night if needed).
