Main functions:
Proactively seek out new business, locally and internationally (by phone, Sales visits, Trade Shows, Fairs, etc.) Maximize lead generation (new and existing business). Proper follow ups liaising with Contracting Team. Analyze local market and trends Organize Hotel show arounds and commercial visits to current and potential customers of the hotel, Build strong relationships with customers. Ensure all KPIs are exceeded on a daily and monthly basis. Assist the Contracting Team when needed in order to guarantee that the proper proposals are sent. Proactively follow up on all the event leads and gather information about their needs and decisions. Give support in the preparation of PR Events that take place in the hotel. Account Management. Responsible for specific accounts (DMC’s, Corporate, Associations, etc.) Represent the hotel at networking events and participate in hotel promotional activities. Required Profile:

Great telephone manne Results driven and focused on detail High Communication and social skills, Commercial initiative Ability to work under pressure Teamwork Cheerful and positive attitude, at the same time as respectful and professional Well-groomed appearance Specific Knowledge:
Excellent level of English, written and spoken. Availability to Travel (Nationally and Internationally) Strong Commercial skills. Sales & Negotiation skills and techniques. Highly valued knowledge of hotel management systems. Ideally SAP. Knowledge of different hotel segments (Corporate, MICE, Leisure, etc.). Profesional Experience:
Minimum 2 years previous experience in a hotel sales role with a proven track record to close a sale. Education:
Preferably Degree in Tourism or Hotel Business.
