Management of the ICFR matrix in SAP GRC focused on updating the model in line with the changes of the controls performed in MHEA related with users, evidence, frequencies, etc.
Planning of the reporting control activities in SAP GRC.
Review of control effectiveness and follow up the resolution of incidences informed to the users.
Support in the audit process to ensure both a proper evolution and a satisfactory result.
Resolution of users´ requests managed in MHEA Service Desk through JIRAs.
Reporting of status of control reporting and support in preparing PPTs for meeting with key users.
Engaging in the continuous improvement of the Group ICFR Model by identifying modifications and updates.
The position will report to the Internal Control Manager in HQ.
The position requires flexibility to travel abroad.
What are we looking for?
EXPERIENCE
Valuable 1 - 2 years of experience as external auditor of a big four or as an accountant of a financial department.
It is very valuable having knowledge in an accounting area and / or in positions related to processes and financial controls.
QUALIFICATIONS
Good level of English both writing and speaking, preferable B2 – C1 level.
Advanced level on Microsoft Office applications, mainly Excel and Power Point (Valuable knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint).
Valuable master’s degree in financial auditing and accounting.
Very welcomed previous experience working with SAP GRC or any other internal control reporting system.
Valuable having some experience working with ERP SAP previously.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Good accounting knowledge / background in IFRS
