About the Role
As the Housekeeping Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, within the Rooms Department, you’ll be entrusted with overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. You’ll lead a dedicated team, monitor service excellence, and create a seamless guest experience. The Housekeeping Supervisor will report directly to the Executive Housekeeping Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise room attendants, valets, and cleaning staff to ensure impeccable cleanliness and maintenance of rooms and assigned areas.
Ensure strict compliance with MOHG standards and promptly address guest requests.
Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests using Alice / Infor systems.
Lead the daily operations of the department, ensuring service quality and operational efficiency.
Participate in training, team meetings, and regular quality control checks to maintain the highest standards.
Conduct room inspections to ensure guest rooms are ready for arrivals, meeting both guest and hotel expectations.
