Job Description

What will you do?

 

  • Support the Development & Asset Management Department.

 

  • Assist the team in their day-to-day activities.

 

  • Cooperate with other in-house areas such as Legal, Financial, or Investment Analysis Department.

 

  • Help in market research, lead generations, technical/financial analysis of the various deals, negotiations, due diligences and other processes that would be required for every development opportunity that the Company would pursue around the world.

 

  • Help in the processes of Asset Divestments and Rent renegotiations.

 

  • Create / update Asset Files.

 

  • Build Data Rooms and retrieve the necessary information in order to support the decision making process.

The position will be located at the Central Office in Madrid, Spain (Santa Engracia 120, 7th floor).

The schedule is full time 

What are we looking for?

 

The candidate should have at least a Degree in Economics/Business Administration, or a Master Degree.

Knowledge of Finance and Model Financing; good understanding of P&L´s.

High level of English (as a great part of the work will be international contacts). Fluency in another language (besides Spanish) would be an advantage.

Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
