F&B Manager, Berlin

Job Description

Your Task:

As F&B Manager (m/f/d), you are a very important part of the management team and take overall culinary responsibility for our gastronomic outlets, from strategic planning to operational implementation. With a flair for quality, trends and guest expectations, you will work with your team to create a gastronomic experience.
Your varied tasks will include:

• Planning, management and controlling of our outlets: THE LEVEL area, restaurant, bar, conferences, events
• Budget responsibility and cost control
• Personnel planning and employee development (e.g. in the form of internal training)
• Duty roster and holiday planning
• Further development and implementation of innovative concepts and optimisation of service processes
• Close cooperation with the kitchen management
• Contact person for our national and international guests
• Compliance with and monitoring of our hotel's own standards
• Carrying out inventories and monitoring them
• Ordering goods

 

Your Profil:

• Completed vocational training as a hotel or restaurant specialist (m/f/d) is an advantag
• At least 2 years of professional and management experience in a comparable position 
• Independence, sense of duty and responsibility
• Very good food and beverage knowledge
• Guest-orientated thinking and acting
• Team spirit, loyalty, role model function
• Flexible, open-minded and friendly manner
• Business-orientated and economical work
• Very good language skills in German, English
