🔎 About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Hotels & Resorts as a Corporate Housekeeping Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the highest housekeeping standards across our global portfolio. You will primarily focus on supporting hotel pre-openings worldwide, as well as providing operational guidance to existing hotels. Your expertise will be key in implementing and maintaining RIU’s housekeeping standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across our resorts.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Lead and support pre-opening housekeeping operations for new hotels and resorts worldwide.


• Provide training, mentorship, and quality control to housekeeping teams in operating hotels.


• Establish and maintain housekeeping procedures, standards, and best practices.


• Collaborate with corporate and hotel leadership to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.


• Travel extensively to different destinations to support hotel teams on-site.

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• 
  Fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus).


• Extensive experience in housekeeping operations within hotels and resorts.


• Strong background in pre-opening projects is highly valuable.


• Ability to travel internationally very frequently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.


• Based in Spain (or potentially other countries) with flexibility for international travel.
