- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written
- Based in Lisbon, with full availability to work weekends and flexible shifts - This is a 100% on-site role based at our Lisbon office.”

Responsibilities:
- Build genuine relationships with guests based on trust, respect, and exceptional service
- Act as a liaison between departments, supporting operational teams such as Maintenance and Housekeeping in their daily activities
- Take a holistic and balanced approach to problem-solving, ensuring guest and client satisfaction while being mindful of cost-effective resource use
- Oversee and manage reservations, guest communications, and support both Front Office and Back Office operations
- Coordinate daily operations using our Property Management System (PMS) and other internal platforms as essential tools for information sharing and communication
