Job Description
What you will have to do:
Operations
Prepare dishes according to quality standards, recipes, and portion guidelines. Ensure timely and efficient preparation of food orders, meeting all specifications. Organize cold storage and refrigerators to ensure efficient use of resources. Maintain food safety by using older products first and ensuring proper storage temperatures. Adhere to HACCP, safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Monitor ingredient quality, reporting any issues to the supervisor. Communicate effectively with other kitchen areas and hotel departments. Report any operational issues immediately to the supervisor. Customer Experience
Uphold the brand philosophy and adhere to operational standards. Ensure a personalized and memorable experience for guests. Health & Safety / Healthy Workplace
Use personal protective equipment correctly. Understand workplace risks and adhere to safety protocols.
What are we looking for
Previous experience within the F&B or hospitality sector Ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Commitment to food quality, safety, and hygiene.
