You will oversee all aspects of the department — from lounges and bars to MICE services — while implementing brand standards and driving profitability. Your leadership will shape the guest experience and contribute directly to the hotel’s success.💼 What You Will Do
• 🍽️ Strategic Implementation & Operations
• Execute F&B strategy and adapt brand standards to local needs.
• Supervise daily operations of bars, restaurants, and lounges.
• Coordinate beverage and service offerings with external partners.
• 📊 Financial Oversight & Budgeting
• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and P&L.
• Analyze deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure profitability and track KPIs with the Business Partner.
• 👥 Team Leadership & HR Collaboration
• Recruit, train, and develop high-potential staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage staffing ratios.
• Promote wellness, training, and internal development tools.
• 🛍️ Supplier & Investment Management
• Coordinate with F&B Partner on supplier needs and product approvals.
• Prepare investment budgets and monitor operational PAI.
• Ensure compliance with procurement and food safety standards.
• 📢 Marketing & Customer Experience
• Roll out marketing campaigns and adapt them locally.
• Personalize guest experiences and manage incidents.
• Promote local gastronomy and healthy eating initiatives.
• 🧯 Health, Safety & Sustainability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead HACCP audits and implement food safety action plans.
• Promote waste reduction, recycling, and sustainable sourcing.
🔍 What We Are Looking For🎓 Education & Training
• University degree in Tourism or Gastronomy.
• Culinary training and trend awareness are a plus.
🗣️ Languages
• Fluency in the local language and advanced English.
• A third language is an asset.
💡 Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Expertise in food handling, hygiene, and safety.
• Financial and operational management tools.
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and innovation.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience in implementing brand strategies and pilots.
📆 Experience
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role in 4★ or 5★ hotels.
