We are hiring! Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Night Manager para la próxima apertura de nuestro exclusivo hotel Serras Sevilla 5*GL, ubicado en el corazón de la capital.

Responsabilidades:

• Liderar y organizar el equipo de Night Audit.
• Realizar de forma profesional, responsable y con iniciativa la recepción de los huéspedes, brindando información detallada sobre todos los servicios que ofrece el hotel y las tareas relacionadas.
• Realizar check-in y check-out con eficacia y fluidez.
• Atender a los clientes con cortesía y profesionalismo, tramitando cualquier solicitud de servicio que necesiten.
• Recibir, gestionar y dirigir las reclamaciones de los clientes, y brindar atención telefónica.
• Encargarse de la gestión de reservas y cierres de ventas, facturación, control y cierre de cajas.
• Mostrar una actitud colaboradora y proactiva con los huéspedes, demostrando empatía y habilidades para resolver conflictos.

Requirements

Minimum degree

Certificate of Higher Education

Experience

2 - 3 years

Work permit

European Union

• Experiencia previa de 2-3 años en una posición similar preferiblemente en hoteles de 4* y 5*.
• Preferiblemente con conocimiento del sistema Opera Cloud.
• Excelentes habilidades organizativas y comunicativas.
• Buen nivel de castellano e de inglés.
• Licencia de conducir B.
