<h3>Job mission:</h3>  As Revenue Manager (Luxury) you will be responsible for maximising the hotel’s RevPAR and profitability through the development and execution of a dynamic pricing and revenue strategy. You will analyse demand, market trends and performance data, working closely with commercial and operational teams to optimise results while supporting the hotel’s financial objectives.   <h3>Your responsibilities:</h3>  • Design and execute the hotel’s revenue management and pricing strategy to maximise RevPAR and EBITDA • Manage daily pricing decisions across all market segments and distribution channels • Monitor, maintain and optimise Duetto pricing rules, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity • Analyse daily, weekly and monthly pick-up reports, demand trends and market performance • Optimise room type pricing and supplement strategies, maximising revenue from premium categories • Lead the hotel’s upselling strategy at booking, pre-arrival and arrival stages • Produce weekly and periodic forecasts, budgets and reforecasts with clear action plans • Oversee group and event quotations, ensuring alignment with the overall revenue strategy • Drive direct channel performance and OTA disintermediation through pricing and distribution decisions • Prepare and lead business review meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights  <h3>What are we looking for:</h3>  • Degree in Business Studies, Hotel Management or a related field • Revenue Management training is an advantage • Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel Revenue Management or Revenue supervision • Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, benchmarking and analytics • Experience with Opera, Duetto, Switch and SAP preferred • Solid understanding of hotel operations • Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail • Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English; local language required depending on location

Revenue Manager (Luxury)

Misión del puesto: Implementar y coordinar la estrategia de compras a nivel país, asegurando la alineación con las directrices globales. Gestiona presupuestos y negociaciones, supervisa inversiones y selecciona proveedores, optimizando costes y calidad. Identifica y articula las necesidades de los clientes internos, desarrollando especificaciones técnicas y de servicio. About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Cost Controller position to join Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: 

-Create, oversee, and ensure adherence to the hotel’s budget, monitoring expenses and recommending corrective actions for variances.
-Perform financial and cost analyses to identify savings opportunities, inefficiencies, and optimize resources.
-Supervise inventory, conduct audits,  prices and terms.
-Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations.
-Implement cost control procedures, train staff, collaborate with department heads, and mitigate financial risks to ensure efficient and responsible operations.

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
-Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hotel finance.
-Solid knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, inventory control, and financial reporting.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systems.
-Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and auditors.
-Fluency in English is required.
