Lo que Harás:
• Brindar atención al cliente de primer nivel en portugués, inglés y español por teléfono y correo electrónico a los clientes de una reconocida marca de automóviles de lujo.

Lo que Ofrecemos:
• Formación en el puesto incluida en tu contrato. Fecha de inicio: Inmediata.
• Salario competitivo según la categoría de teleoperador, más un plus de idiomas (22.500 € brutos anuales).
• Contrato a tiempo completo (39 horas) con horario de 10:00 a 19:00.
• Horario de lunes a viernes: ¡disfruta de tus fines de semana libres!
• Modalidad híbrida: 3 días presenciales (en las oficinas del cliente en Madrid) y 2 días de teletrabajo por semana.

Lo que Necesitamos:
• Dominio nativo o bilingüe de portugués.
• Nivel avanzado de inglés y español.
• Experiencia en soporte técnico, preferiblemente en el sector tecnológico debido a la terminología específica utilizada (no se requiere experiencia en automoción).
• Experiencia con redes sociales es un plus.
• Residencia en Madrid o disponibilidad para trasladarse.

Funciones:

* En coordinación con la responsable de decoración creará, realizará y mantendrá los elementos decorativos de las áreas nobles del hotel, de las habitaciones y eventos.
* En ausencia de la responsable de decoración propondrá y garantizar la decoración floral y ambiental para los distintos eventos en cooperación con otros departamentos.
* Crear, realizar y entregar las atenciones especiales (VIP, lunas de miel, petición del cliente, etc.).
* Garantizar el orden, limpieza y estado de los materiales y el almacén.
* En ausencia del jefe de departamento mantener contacto con los proveedores de flores, plantas y elementos decorativos.
* Mantener el stock de flores frescas necesarias para cumplir con las tareas.
* Realizar labores administrativas (hacer pedidos, estadillos, correos, revisar facturas y pedidos)
* Mantener actualizado la ficha de coste de las diferentes composiciones decorativas..
* Atender las quejas y sugerencias de los clientes y remitirlas a su superior en el caso de no poder solventarlas.
* Informar y apuntar en el parte de trabajo las deficiencias que observe en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, salones, etc.
* Cumplir con las normas en materia de calidad, medioambiente y prevención de riesgos laborales existentes en la empresa y colaborar con el hotel en su cumplimiento y mejora continua.
