To be part of our Barceló Hotel Management Internship Program, you should meet the following criteria: • 🎓 Final-year student in a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (or a related field), and eligible to sign an internship agreement through your school or university • 🏨 Previous hands-on experience through at least two operational internships, ideally across different hotel departments (e.g., Rooms Division and Food & Beverage) • 🌐 Strong English skills (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a big plus • ✈️ Willingness to relocate anywhere within the EMEA region — flexibility is key to your growth within the company.
