About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Spa Receptionist position to join our Span Department.
-The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
-Welcome guests warmly and provide detailed information about spa services, treatments, and facilities.
-Manage appointment bookings, handle cancellations and rescheduling, and respond to guest inquiries efficiently.
-Process payments accurately and follow proper cash and credit handling procedures.
-Promote spa treatments, retail products, and special offers to maximize sales.
-Maintain a tidy and tranquil reception area, ensuring it reflects the spa's standards.
-Support administrative duties such as daily reporting, inventory checks, and communication with spa therapists

About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
-Qualification & Experience:
Minimum of 2 year of experience in a similar position
Experience in the luxury industry.
-Skills:
Excellent level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing workload efficiently.
Professional appearance with excellent presentation skills.
Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
