Mission of the position: Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that staff treat guests courteously and that guest services and administrative duties are performed speedily and efficiently.

What will you have to do? 

  • As the Front Office Manager, you will make sure that customers and visitors feel welcome and are well looked after;
  • Your role will include overseeing employee schedules, front office staff training, supporting, training, and supervising front office staff;
  • Ensuring that all customer-related tasks are handled accurately and on time to improve guests' experience;
  • Handling customer complaints and special requests;
  • Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR-related tasks;
  • Maintaining an orderly appearance throughout the reception area;
  • Preparing monthly management reports on customer feedback, bookings, and cancellations;
  • Managing the departmental budget etc.

What are we looking for:

  • Concrete experience in the same role;
  • University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality;
  • Accounting Skills;
  • Advanced Italian and English knowledge; the knowledge of another foreign language is a plus;
  • Knowledge of hotel management tools.
  • Financial knowledge.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
