📍 Primary Location: La Mairena | Travel to Elviria, Ojén, Los Monteros, and Puerto Banús required

💰 Net Salary: €1,500/month

Our client is a premium lifestyle service provider catering to high-net-worth individuals in Marbella. They offer bespoke, high-end experiences and are currently looking for professional housekeeping staff to ensure their clients’ residences are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and discretion.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining pristine, well-organized living environments in private residences, delivering top-tier service in line with luxury expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Full cleaning of homes, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor areas

Surface, floor, and furniture care using appropriate techniques

Laundry duties: washing, ironing, and wardrobe organization

Deep cleaning and restocking of bathroom supplies

Kitchen organization and hygiene maintenance

Arrangement of interiors based on individual client preferences

Handling of delicate and high-value items with care

Occasional office cleaning if required

Digital reporting of hours and tasks

Maintaining client privacy and communicating respectfully

Adhering to all health and safety protocols

Candidate Profile:

Previous experience in luxury housekeeping (private homes, upscale hotels, etc.)

Skilled in using professional cleaning products and methods

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and discretion

Physically fit and self-motivated

Fluent in Spanish and English (French or Italian is a plus)

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

Legally authorized to work in Spain

Own vehicle preferred (travel compensation provided)
