Preparará platos para buffet y/o a la carta, llevará a buen término su partida ( caliente / frío o pastelería) , vigilará las elaboraciones y trabajo de los ayudantes cuando esté el jefe de cocina ausente. Garantizará la satisfacción del Cliente, gestión de alérgenos entre otras tareas del puesto.
