The Spa Reception Intern supports the daily operations of the spa reception area, ensuring guests receive a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience from the moment they arrive. This internship offers practical experience in spa operations, guest service, and appointment coordination within a luxury hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities • Welcome spa guests in a friendly and professional manner. • Assist with spa reservations and appointment scheduling. • Provide information about spa treatments, wellness facilities, and products. • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures. • Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth scheduling and service flow. • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. • Assist with retail product displays and sales. • Ensure guest satisfaction and address basic guest inquiries. • Follow the spa’s hygiene, safety, and operational procedures. Requirements • Currently studying Hospitality, Tourism, Wellness Management, or related studies. • Strong interest in spa and wellness environments. • Excellent customer service and communication skills. • Professional appearance and positive attitude. • Ability to work in a team and handle guest requests efficiently. • C1 level of English; additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus. • Accommodation included
