ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel that is part of the prestigious Meliá Hotels International chain. Located in the heart of Lisbon, our hotel offers a unique and sophisticated experience, combining avant-garde design with exceptional service for our guests.

 

Mission: As a Marketing Graduate you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in various creative and operational tasks, contributing to the hotel's success by implementing marketing strategies aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives. This position is essential for ensuring the consistency and effectiveness of the hotel's communications.

 

What You'll Have to Do:

 

• Assist in implementing the marketing strategy: Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Support content production: For various communication channels, including the website, social media, and print materials.
• Manage social media platforms: Help create, review, and align content with the brand voice.
• Support PR initiatives: Including press visits, strategic partnerships, and promotional events.
• Monitor market trends and competitors: Provide insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Organize and oversee photo and video shoots: Ensure brand standards are met.
• Monitor the marketing budget: Ensure investments align with the defined strategy.
• Participate in planning and executing brand events: Both inside and outside the hotel.

 

What We're Looking For:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Public Relations, or related fields.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing. Proficiency in Office 365. Familiarity with graphic design tools. Data analysis and content management capabilities.
• Behavioral Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. Creativity and innovation. Team spirit. Attention to detail. Organizational and planning skills. Flexibility and problem-solving ability.
• Languages: Portuguese and English (mandatory), a third language is valued.
• No previous professional experience required.
