Junior & Senior Chef de Partie Roles : Essential Skills : • Must be reliable and flexible to work midweek and weekends • Have previous experience working within hotels or in a similar role. • Have a passion for and genuine interest in food and new trends. • Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members. • Be a team player. • Excellent work ethic • Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen. • Fully HACCP trained with a good knowledge of HACCP procedures and regulations • Passionate about food and creative about menu development. • Minimum 2 years experience at this level. • Shortlisted candidates maybe called for a trial day to show us what you can do. • Candidates must be able to legally work full-time in Ireland & available to start within 2-3 weeks of successful appointment.
